The main problem is in making them EXACTLY the same size! Even an 1/8 mm difference will be obvious, especially when trying to fit them into roll racks. I've noticed even metal miter boxes can have a +/- accuracy of up to a 1/4 mm, especially after a few years of use.
I know you use plastic rod in the diameter you need. My question is what would you cut with. A
saw, knife, a chopper and how do you keep the little boogers from flying all over the place when cut? Thanks.
