I use a chopper. I find that the piece of rod (the part I've cut) between the guide and the blade tends to stick to the blade (static?) so it doesn't really fly away. At least, initially. It's when I go to move them or pick them up that I tend to launch them into oblivion.
I know you use plastic rod in the diameter you need. My question is what would you cut with. A
saw, knife, a chopper and how do you keep the little boogers from flying all over the place when cut? Thanks.
