Re: USS Constitution crews
Constitution is in commission and manned by active duty U.S. Navy officer and enlisted crew. That makes her an active ship in the U.S. Navy. Although she is technically assigned to a special class by herself. She has gotten underway in Sail, and is constantly being rehabbed and preserved. I know of no other Naval ship that is still commissioned and manned by Active Naval Personnel.
The Kommuna is functional in her original mission. The Constitution his something accidentally with the tamper from a pack 75.
I know she still sails, and while she may be "active duty" in a technical sense, I meant to imply that she's not really "active" in the usual sense of the word.
