I steered you wrong with this photo.
The battleship not in MS-1 camo here is not USS Maryland as I initially thought. According to USS Pennsylvania's deck logs, USS Maryland was not at Pearl for the entire Months of April, May, June, and July. She was in the States during these months. Roger Torgeson found a pic of USS Maryland in the Puget Sound dry dock date May 1, 1941. She remained in that dry dock all of May and June.
In your photo it is obvious that the battleship on the far left is USS California and the other two in MS-1 are USS Colorado (with the false bow wave MS-1/5 inboard of USS Tennessee. USS Tennessee's deck logs place these two ships together on June 11th. Her deck logs also say that she was painted on May 28. By process of elimination, the battleship not in MS-1 yet is USS West Virginia.
You also posted a pic dated July 15, 1941 that shows USS West Virginia finally wearing MS-1.
