Helo netting should be grey.
"stowed eqpt" is a bit fuzzy. What example? Probably the best general answer is grey, the same haze grey used on the rest of the ship.
Exceptions? The firefighting eqpt - the foam applicators and firemain valves should be red. Hoses either dirty white before 1985-ish or dirty orange after 1985-ish.
If you're working on a big enough scale to fiddle with individual valves around the weather decks - a couple might be green and a couple would be gold. (Hmmm - gold in real life probably translates to a dark-ish yellow in scale).
The unrep stations would have white trim. The short refueling hose black and the bell mouth of the hose receiver white. A bunch of fittings (cleats, padeyes etc) around the unrep stations would be picked out in white.
Certainly orange life rings, with the connected vertical float also orange.
Otherwise - grey.
