Is the logo on the sticker of the National Museum of the Royal Navy? or perhaps Portsmouth Naval Base?
Although the Historic Dockyard operates within the active Portsmouth Naval Base, we are not directly involved with the Navy and its productions/operations. If the logo is indeed of the Navy/Naval Base, I would recommend getting in touch with the Navy itself to see if this is something they still issue and produce.
If however it is indeed of the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard/National Museum of the Royal Navy, this is unfortunately not an item we currently stock. I would suggest getting in touch with Nauticalia on 02392 861148 as they are a retailer specialising in naval memorabilia and items and may have this item, or something similar as part of their stock.
I hope this helps.
All the best.

I have done a quick check with the Nauticalia website which was negative.

Hi All,
Yesterday, I had to buy a new (newer) van because my 1998 Dodge van's frame has become too rusty and a ball joint broke at the frame ... causing a wheel to go askew, the repair cost will be more than the van is/was worth ...
I ended up buying a 2017 Chevy conversion van ... complete with a new wheelchair lift.
On the old one, I had a window sticker from the Royal Dockyard in Portsmouth. It had a white background with the emblem of the dockyard. It was 4X6 inches.
Could anyone over there get me one, please?
Thank you,
Tim
