Is your pulley actually bad? Do what MadVetter said and see if you can find one but if not reuse the old one if its still good.

The engine is a non interverience engine so if the belt snaps sure the engine will stop but no damage will be done. Just reset timing put on a new belt and start it up. Belts on these are very easy to change and some people have had to change them in parking lots before.
