So I put the old one back in. It had a spot where it didn't roll very smooth - bearing sticking a little bit maybe?

Anyway its still working but I'd like to get a new one and switch it out at some point because if that was in fact what maybe caused the old belt to break it should be changed. Therefor yes I need one.
