I am using a 76 chevette powertrain in my mini rat rod project, I have everything working except my brake lights, I know the red wiring from the brake light switch goes to the fuse panel and is supposed to hook to the signal lights somewhere in order to light the signal lights as brake lights until the blinker is activated then it will blink.....

I have looked at a wireing diagram 100 times and am confused lol

help, all lights work except brake lights, none at all. I have power at the brake light switch when the pedal is pressed.......
