Has anyone ever installed an audio input jack in the factory am/fm radio?

I know its doable relatively easily if its got a casette or CD player on other GM radios but not sure on the radio only ones...

i want to just hide a wire in the glovebox or ashtray or somehting so it still appears 100% factory but be able to hook my phone or mp3 player to it and listen to my own music.
