You can compare this pic of the original inner passenger side to the new inner driver side to see the difference with the trim flap I was referring to. I think the new looks better with the trim flap.

The hardest part is getting the old original metal backed window wipes out. Mine bent coming out, but they're not reused, so it doesn't matter.
