Hi all, I'm new to the board! I have an '86 4-dr auto, and my booster check valve recently broke. Since fluid was dripping out of the booster (from the previous master cylinder) I decided to replace the booster. But my vacuum hose (to the filter) was connected to the front-facing port before, where the new booster has a cap. Should the hose therefore connect to the side of the check valve? Thanks!
