Stephenie Meyer has written the story again with the Bella character (Edthye) as the vampire and the Edward character (Beau) as the human. She said she wanted to do something fun and a little different for the Tenth Anniversary (seriously, can you believe its been 10 years!!!) and she wanted to answer critics who said that Bella was too much a "damsel in distress" and not self sufficient enough. (Not that I agree with that, but anyway....) Interesting.
