is there anyone who was on the island in 82/84 and 86/89

hi my name is ann barnes when i lived there my name was ann mckenzie my husband was alex and i had 4 children sean paul scott donna we lived in the big house above the naafi and lido no 12a we were out there with sandra and eddie thompson peteand penny machin i loved it out there i am sorry they have now taken it away please contact me if you know me

Hi Ann, I was very surprised to see your name as I knew an Ann Mckenzie when my family lived their, 61/64, I have left info on this site. We lived on South Shore side of the Island. It was the best time of my life and it is a shame that it has all gone.Was South Shore still there when you were stationed there?

Hi Ann,
I remember you and Alex I was a Corporal living in the Sgts mess from 83/84, I was a Nav 1 working on the RPLs and doing other stuff. I knew Alex quite well back in the UK as well. Best wishes,Andy.

I was on Stonecutters August 1986 to October 1988, although when I worked there I lived in San Po Kong and once I got a quarter, worked at HMS Tamar! After consequtive postings to NI, I returned to Hong Kong as a civilian in January 1991 and stayed until October 1995.
