In June 2007 I began calling for prayer for Galveston and warning based on a vision that the city would be hit with a Hurricane in the 2007 Hurricane Season.
ON August 26th, 2007, 3 weeks before Hurricane Humberto would even be a Tropical Wave, those predictions for Galveston would via a Prayer request, inadverntly find thier was to a National Disaster Preparedness Agency, "SAN DIEGO OES"...an Office of Homeland Security.

I had been intensifying my call to prayer for Galveston in mid August 2007 as you can see by my inbox archives here...

So when I contacted San Diego OES on August 26, 2007
I noted that I was not contacting them specifically at that timeframe about that prediction, made in the weeks prior to a quake to thier region for August 2008, a year off in the "THEN" future, but rather because I went to find my computer which I had not turned on, both on that day displaying a file I had not seen in a long time, th...e quake map of the 2002 event I had contacts with them about. This is the opening Excerpt of the email sent San Diego OES Aug 26, 2007 at 6:04 PM EST, which I then forwarded from my sent a copy of that email to my active inbox at 6:43 PM for Archive sake…

I sat at my PC this morning and a file I had considered sending you recently was on my screen.

I didn't open the file. Yet there it was, opened...waiting. Due to the nature of recently expressed concerns, I am going to send it to you now. It is a picture of a USGS field report.
On July 25, 2002, I contacted the San Diego Emergency Disaster Preparedness Agency. I cited concerns that one or two earthquakes would strike by month's end effecting San Diego, Coronado, or both. I cited that I believed that the seven seals of Revelations had been being opened since 1995 and that I had just prior to 26 Texas Counties being declared National Disaster Areas earlier that month, Warned Texans and others for over 2 months that Texas would flood in June, and that I had stated verbatim that it would be declared a national disaster area.
There were over 1000 earthquakes reported in USGS field reports in the Southern California Region during the period of July 2002. I looked at every single one of them. There was ONE, Only one reported earthquake in San Diego County during the same timeframe. It transpired July 27th 2002, two days after I sent the email to the San Diego Emergency Disaster Preparedness Agency.
In light of my recently expressed concerns for a large earthquake in the area, despite projected timelines, and the fact that there it was when I sat at my PC I am going to send it to you now. It will be at the end of this letter

SO I was contacting San Diego OES on August 27, 2007 “DESPITE RECENTLY EXPRESSED CONCERNS” to others forcasting a quake to the region forward to the first 15 days of August 2008. I was concerned they would have quake in the immediate timeframe, and expressed such concerns to them in that letter which was rather lengthy.
I should point that at that time, I Only knew of “Earthquakes” and “...Microquakes”, so I considered in 2007, anything 3.0 and above to be Strong enough to be called an Earthquake, hence “A Strong Quake” and anything 2.9 mag and below to be a weak quake and thus called a “Microquake.” I did not know until much later there were other classifications, so by my definition in stating to them I had concerns for the first 15 days of August 2008, a year forward, of a “STRONG QUAKE, NOT A MICROQUAKE”, I was referring to anything 3.0 and above. This emphasis was made for the specific reason that the quake accurately warned to them in 2002, which occurred on July 27 2002, 2 days after I contacted them, was a 1.2 magnitude Microquake. I often referred to this to my critics who trivialized the fact that in the first week of August 2002, after studying USGS data in the timeframe for 6 hours, I found that the microquake which hit in the timeframe I warned, and in the exact region, that prior I had not known any difference in quake or Microquake, but also prior for the entire month of July 2002, I found by the data online the week 1 Aug 2002, that there were 1000 quakes and microquakes to SoCal for July 2002, but NONE at all reported in that timeframe for the 1st 26 days of July 2002 anywhere in San Diego County.

Anyway..
In that letter August 26, 2007, to San Diego OES, I summarized many events for 2007 which were documented in timestamped fashion of predictions made for various things which then later in fact came to pass. In such I noted I had been calling for prayer all Summer, and that I had been warning I expected a Hurricane to Hit Galveston that summer and I expected a Category 5 storm t...o enter the Gulf that summer. For a time I thought those two events would be one in the same, until Hurricane Dean, a Cat 5, did enter the Gulf, but made landfall in Mexico. I noted as such, I still had concerns for Galveston.

…Wheat is going to suffer on a global scale, the fruit harvest will suffer more—to the point of acknowledged global shortage crisis, if you like fruit as much as I do, I recommend you start buying some in canned form and dried, the fruit prices are about to increase sharply and they wont go down for quite some time. Start weaning away from poultry products. I have asked God to bless the state of Florida, I continue to pray for NC, and the Waco area seems to be getting more than their fair share of Tornadoes this year, I am under the impression…
I have asked for prayer for Galveston, and Jacksonville, I am asking you now to add California to that and particularly San Diego, and for some reason LA to that list.
END EXCERPT
You can see there I noted in the last line a prayer request of Galveston, as I had been warning concerns it would get hit by a Hurricane for months. BTW, the next month,
Fruit prices did increase sharply in September and a GLOBAL SHORTAGE Of LEMONS was announced as the Lemon Crop failed that year.
Two days after the letter sent San Diego OES August 26, 2007, , an 3.7 Earthquake did in fact hit the county. It made headlines because the area hit, in that timeframe, Ocotillo Wells, was Not unheard of for the quakes, but it was a rare event in that area. That in past years since, has changed and the area due quake swarms is a high intensity area for Microquakes and Small quake.

ON September 12th A Tropical Wave formed in The Gulf of Mexico about lunchtime. About 8 hours later I sent a letter to those same groups days before Including San DIego OES. The letter cited VERBATIM... "THIS IS IT!" and called for immediate prayer for Galveston. The last of those letters was sent out about 8:59 pm EST. In the timeframe, Galvestonians were preparing for bed, resting easy...as all the forecasts in the media cited That the wave that formed earlier in the day which had by that time become TS Humberton, would make landfall the following afternoon as a weak Tropical Storm. IN that 1st letter sent to San Diego OES days prior, I cited my concerns in terms VERBATIM, that I had been calling for prayer for Galveston SInce JUNE 2007, that I believed it was going to be hit with a Hurricane in the 2007 season. So when that 2nd letter was sent to San Diego OES about 8-9 pm EST on the even the media was calling for a Weak Tropical storm to make landfall on the Texas coast the following afternoon, those paying attention to the letters sent out, knew I was expecting a Hurricane. The 2nd letter was sent out as stated about 8pm to 8:59 Pm EST. About 4 hours later as Galvestone slept, that system in the gulf did something unexpected to NOAA, it Strengthened very quickly to a Category 1 Hurricane and made both Landfall and History about 2 hours later around 2-3 am EDT with winds up to 90 mph and Going down on Record as the FASTEST FORMING HURRICANE IN HISTORY, going from a Weak invest forming, to a stronger Wave status, to an Organized Low Area of Depression, To a Tropical Storm, to a Category 1 Hurricane, to Landfall....ALL IN UNDER SEVENTEEN HOURS! There was One death from the storm Tragically, but thankfully no more. Property wise, the Storm did 50 Million Dollars in property Damage.
This is the letter sent in Full to San Diego OES on Sept 12, 2007 at 7:59 PM. You will see a 2nd timestamp in the archived letter of 8:51 PM. This is because in the timeframe, it was my custom to send out all the emails which were composed as a basic form letter then modifed to each recipient in personalized fashon and sent indivdually. This process could take up to an hour sometimes, and at the end of such, I would go back to my sent box, and fwd copies of each to my own inbox for sake of making archives.
The letter archive below shows the original archive timestamp sent to OES at 7:59 PM EST
And the fwd of the same letter to my inbox at 8:51 pm EST on September 12, 2007:

Last week as Gabrielle made landfall near Jacksonville, actually in Cape Lookout, it's rainbands stayed southward over Jacksonville and Moorehead, on the one hand I had prayed the night prior for Jacksonville, and while it seems disaster was averted, Farmers who have been eagerly anticipating it's hope of rain may not think so. Buy rice. I have told you of concerns for Galveston for weeks. This is it. Pray for them, it's going to be bad. San Diego, Los Angeles, Jacksonville, now Galveston, I have asked pray for these cities for weeks, First making an isssue on Aug.26 of San Diego and Los Angeles two days prior to an earthquake in San Diego, and about a week prior to a quake which would affect both San Diego and Los Angeles, And days after Aug 29 when I would specifically request prayer for LA. PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM NOW, I DONT WANT TO SPECULATE WHY< JUST BEGIN PRAYING NOW! I have for a couple of weeks been greatly concerned for tommorrow Sept 13, assoicating that concern with September 11th. I don't know, perhaps it was to all point to Galveston. Next Florida. I just know that in the past 3 weeks two cities in which I expressed concern for earthquakes have been struck by quakes, and two cities which I have expressed concerns over these cyclonic storm systems, have experienced them. I told you before these events, these meterological events paled to the greater message of prophetic fullfilments which are transpiring. Be ready. Watch and Pray.

At the timeframe the above letter was sent citing VERBATIM, “THIS IS IT” regarding a call for prayer for Galveston for concerns stated months that A Hurricane would hit the region…the OFFICIAL FORECAST for Tropical Storm Humberto, was that it would only reach Peak winds of 45 miles per hour…and would not make landfall until sometime on the Afternoon of September 13th. Galvestonians went to sleep, eased with the idea the storm posed no threat to them as they slept. FOUR HOURS and SIXTEEN MINUTES after the Call to Prayer Citing “THIS IS IT”that a Hurrricane was about to hit the region was sent to San Diego OES, TS Humberto Was Upgraded to a Category 1 Hurricane, and made Landfall 1 hour and 44 minutes later with 90 mph winds.
(End Story...Wikipedia facts about Hurricane Humberto on the Illustration titled
"Humberto 7A")
Just hours after this letter was sent to about 30 recipients, including THE SAN DIEGO OES (Disaster Preparedness Agency), an Office of Homeland Security, Tropical Storm Humberto (which at the time of the letters above was being forecast to make landfall mid to late afternoon on Sept 13 as no more than a weak tropcial storm) strengthened suddenly and to a Category 1 Hurricane and made landfall and history about 2 hours later at Galveston to be named the FASTEST FORMING ATLANTIC HURRICANE ON RECORD. Humberto went from a weak tropical wave, to a strong Tropical Invest, to A Tropical Storm, to a Category 1 Hurricane to Landfall, all in under 17 hours!
