How can we free buyers from the need to manually search for items?

Hello community. Currently, our process for ordering consumables and office supplies looks like this: an employee finds the desired product online, copies the link, sends it to the purchasing manager, who then searches for the same item again from approved suppliers. This is a huge waste of time. In theory, internal catalogs within the purchasing system solve this problem. Is there any lightweight P2P software that would allow us to upload supplier price lists once, allowing employees to order everything themselves within the program within budgets?

The idea of internal product catalogs for employees is a great one. It significantly reduces purchasing time because people don't have to endlessly copy links from the internet and coordinate every little detail. The process becomes similar to a regular marketplace, but strictly within limits.

Organizing internal procurement by copying external links significantly overloads the procurement team with repetitive operations. It's much more effective to provide employees with controlled independence by setting up a catalog on the precoro platform. The system supports direct integration with PunchOut supplier catalogs. As a result, users select the required items in a familiar marketplace format, and the program automatically generates orders strictly within the allocated budgets.
