What actually makes one rehab place better than another?

There are so many options online and they all sound kind of the same. It’s always “support,” “care,” “recovery,” but it’s hard to tell what that really means. How do you even decide what’s actually good?

Yeah, that’s exactly the problem. After a while everything starts to sound identical, and you can’t really tell what’s real and what’s just good wording. I went through the same thing and ended up opening dozens of tabs, comparing things, reading reviews, then doubting those reviews. It’s confusing because you’re trying to make a serious decision, but the information doesn’t always feel clear or honest. At some point I just started focusing on how people described their actual experience instead of the official descriptions.
