What actually makes an AI app worth using?

There are tons of AI apps now, but most of them feel kind of messy. Either too many features or not clear what they’re for. If you had to give advice — what would you focus on?

Honestly, a lot of apps fail because they try to do too much at once. Instead of solving one clear problem, they throw in multiple features and end up confusing users. It might look impressive at first, but it doesn’t feel natural to use.

That’s what makes people keep using them instead of dropping them after one try.
