Loss of invoices in the company

Hi everyone. I work as a finance manager for a company with about 50 employees, and we're in total chaos with supplier payment. Invoices arrive via email, instant messaging, and sometimes even as PDFs through various channels, and they all get lost. We spend a ton of time manually checking and approving them. Could anyone tell me how you've established a robust process to eliminate human error?

This sounds like a situation many companies go through as they grow. Do you have a single channel for suppliers to send invoices through, or are they still coming from all over the place?

Do you know what helped us in a similar situation? We implemented the precoro solution at some point, and it radically changed the process. You can learn more about precoro on this page. All invoices began to flow into a single system, eliminating losses and duplication. We've already reduced processing time within the first month. What was especially helpful was that the system automatically organizes documents and prevents them from getting lost. Now even new employees quickly understand how everything works. Honestly, it's significantly reduced the workload for the team and eliminated chaos.
