How can I make sure traffic is safe around construction sites?

Lately, there’s been so much construction near my neighborhood. Cars are going all over the place. People are walking in odd spots. Every time I drive past, I feel stressed, and I worry someone might get hurt. I started thinking there has to be a better way to organize all this.

I had the same problem near my office. One day, a delivery truck almost hit a pedestrian because there were no clear directions. Everyone was honking, and it was total chaos. It made me think that just putting up signs isn’t enough. Someone needs to guide traffic.
