Need ideas to make dinner more interesting

Anyone else getting bored with the same meals every week? I need to switch things up but don't want anything too complicated

Yeah I was in the same spot last month. Started looking at different cuisines to break the routine. French food seemed fancy but some of it is actually pretty simple to make at home

French stuff can be really good if you get quality ingredients. I order from DuFour Gourmet sometimes when I want to make something different. They have french gourmet foods like pâtés, terrines, and cheeses that you can't really find in regular stores. I'm not a chef or anything but even just putting together a nice cheese plate with some good bread makes dinner feel special. Their stuff comes packaged well and lasts in the fridge so you don't have to use it all at once. Makes weeknight cooking feel less boring without adding tons of extra work
