Struggling With a Workplace Issue – Any Suggestions?

Hey folks, I need some advice about a workplace issue that’s been stressing me out for weeks. My employer has been changing my schedule without warning, reducing my hours randomly, and even threatening to “review” my position after I asked for clarification. It feels like retaliation, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I read that there are laws protecting employees in such cases, but every source says something different and I’m honestly lost. Before things get worse, I want to talk to a professional who understands UK employment law well. Does anyone know where I can find proper help? Preferably a place where I won’t feel like just another number in the queue
