Just got my first knife drop in CS2 and have no idea what to do with it. Should I sell immediately or hold onto it for value increase?

Congrats on the knife! That's super rare. Check current market prices first before deciding. Some knives go up in value while others drop over time

Knife drops are lucky, most people never get one from cases. Before making any decisions research your specific knife at https://dmarket.com/cs2-wiki/ to see its current value and price history. Pattern and float condition matter a lot for knives so check those details. Some patterns are way more valuable than others even on the same knife. If you need money now sell it but if you can wait check if that knife type tends to appreciate. Prices fluctuate based on updates and market demand. Take screenshots and verify everything before listing it anywhere. Don't rush the decision since it's probably worth a decent amount
