Does anyone have experience selling distressed or inherited property in Pompano Beach? I'm wondering if it's legal to sell a house if some of the deeds are in the name of a relative who lives in another state. How much does this complicate the transaction, and is it realistic to get a cash deal for such a house?

I went through a similar situation, and yes, it's possible to sell, but you'll need the consent of all owners. Sometimes it's easier to issue a power of attorney to one person to avoid protracted proceedings. The main thing is to consult with a lawyer beforehand to avoid disputes after the transaction.

Selling a house after a divorce is stressful, especially when both parties want to move on quickly. I've been through that for a while now and, fortunately, was able to sell my house fast in pompano beach through 800cashtoday. This team offered me an option with no hidden fees, and I actually received a fair cash offer. They allowed me to choose my closing date and even delay my move-out until I found a new place. The whole process was very transparent and pressure-free, which was especially important at the time. I think if it weren't for them, I'd still be messing around with paperwork and agents.
