Spftware for manage accounting

Our small business needs better software to manage accounting and inventory. The current system is too slow and keeps crashing. What should we look for in new business software?

For me, a system makes sense when it is not just a platform where you upload all your data and then manually prepare reports inside it, but when the system actually does everything for you. That is when it really simplifies the workflow.

And at the very least, the system should automatically track all changes in taxation and legislation. I do not have time for that. When opening a business in Dubai, I had a lot of questions, including about VAT exemption in Dubai. Whether I fall under the conditions or not, what I can reclaim and what I cannot. In short, only after running all the data through an AI accounting platform did I manage to figure it out, determine the VAT classification, and do everything correctly before submitting the first reports, without fines or rework.
