Why do some people check results on the same website, and others on third-party sites?

I thought, and it felt logical to me, that you should check results on the same website where you buy tickets. But then I found out there are third-party sites that post results for multiple lotteries and draws. Is there a difference? Which one is better, worse, or more convenient?

I never played lotteries, but I know you can check results both on the official site and yeah, on third-party sites. The only difference is how fast the results are posted. That’s it, I think.

The difference is really just in convenience. When I first played the lottery, I used the official site. The same one where I bought the ticket and waited for the draw. I think third-party sites are just handy for those who play in several lotteries at once and also forget to check results right away. And you need to check nagaland state lottery 28.08.2025, then some dear lottery, and then some other one. Obviously, it’s way easier to find all that on one site than to wander around three different ones.
