Always have my head in the clouds

Sounds maybe very romantic and poetic, but you should know how hard it actually is. I keep forgetting stuff, losing things all the time, I can even bump into something because I get lost in daydreams. I don’t get what’s wrong with me. I thought everyone had this problem, but turns out my friends find it pretty easy to stay focused the whole day. For me, keeping focus for even an hour feels like a win.

Maybe it’s ADHD? Though now there are so many of these trendy disorders and mental issues that you don’t even know what you’ve got or if there’s even a single normal person left. Maybe something’s just bothering you? You know, when you’ve got a serious problem, it really takes up all your attention, and you keep coming back to it in your head, getting lost in reality.
