Location-sensitive content is easier to test when the IP matches the country you are trying to reproduce. I would still keep in mind that websites can also use cookies, account history, language, and previous visits. One Italian connection does not explain every difference, but it gives a much better starting point than changing language settings alone. For price and availability checks, I usually compare several sessions before deciding that a difference is genuinely regional.
