We recently bought a Victorian terraced house in Walthamstow that desperately needs a fresh coat of paint on the exterior sash windows and front masonry. The previous owners neglected the woodwork, so there is quite a bit of sanding and prep work required before painting. Finding reliable tradespeople in East London who actually show up on time and deliver neat finishes has been a struggle for us.
