The daily schedule was intense, and some days I felt physically tired from long practice sessions and study hours. Teaching yoga in front of others also made me nervous in the beginning because I lacked confidence. However, the instructors constantly encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones and trust the learning process. Slowly, I became more comfortable speaking in front of groups and guiding yoga practices. The training taught me patience, discipline, and self-belief. Looking back, I realize those difficult moments were actually the most valuable because they helped me become stronger both mentally and emotionally.
