The personnel guided me through every step with great courtesy and patience. My travel tension was greatly reduced because they were very thorough in their explanations and never made me feel hurried. Their encouragement boosted my self-esteem and increased my enthusiasm for the journey ahead. I was astounded by Japan's serene environment, spotless streets, and stunning culture when I first arrived.
