I think you can still make good money on Facebook right now. I've read a lot about this, and from what I understand, monetization can come from video ads, subscriptions, Stars, or even by sending traffic to a site with ads. Obviously, fb monetization works especially well when a page has a steady audience and regular content. If you've got a page like that, you should definitely give it a try.
