Choosing the Right ERP for a Growing Construction Company in Riyadh

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some professional advice. I work for a construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and over the last few years we’ve expanded quite aggressively. More projects, more engineers, more subcontractors — and unfortunately, more operational chaos. Right now, we use separate tools for accounting, procurement, and project management. The problem is that none of them are properly integrated. Every month-end closing feels like a battle, and tracking real project profitability is almost impossible until it’s too late. We are specifically looking for ERP for construction companies, not a generic ERP that needs endless customization. It’s very important for us that the system supports project-based accounting, contract management, cost control, payroll, and complies with Saudi VAT and local regulations. Has anyone in KSA, especially in Riyadh, implemented a solution that truly understands construction workflows? I’d love to hear real-life experiences before we move forward.
