Our company is planning to expand services abroad, and now I’m responsible for sourcing NDT equipment that can be shipped internationally without endless customs issues and delays. We previously bought locally, but the selection was very limited, especially when it comes to advanced ultrasonic and eddy current devices. I’m also concerned about proper documentation, calibration certificates, and whether the supplier actually understands industry standards or just acts as a reseller. Has anyone worked with an international supplier that offers solid communication, clear specs, and real technical support? I’d love to hear honest experiences before making such a big investment.
