Hi everyone! I’ve been daydreaming about a beachfront property where you can literally walk out your door and be on the sand, and I keep seeing gorgeous photos of places in the Los Cabos region. That said, beachfront homes seem like a serious investment and I’m unsure where to even start with understanding what’s realistic in terms of price, location, and lifestyle. I’d love to hear from anyone who has researched or invested in los cabos beachfront homes, especially what kinds of neighborhoods are popular, what features make a property stand out, and whether it’s worth thinking about rental use when you’re not personally there.
