I’m about to finalise a property deal in Dubai — purchase/transfer — and I’ve been reading that using an authorised trustee office is important to ensure everything is valid (title deed, transfer, registration, etc.). I’m not sure how complex it can be: how many visits are needed, what documents are required, and whether you really get full support (legal checks, paperwork, registration) in one place.
