Weather resistance is definitely important for outdoor art events. We learned this after our first attempt with traditional sculptures that didn't hold up well. For our second year, we switched to using inflatable artwork which solved both the weather problem and gave us much more visual impact. These pieces are designed to handle outdoor conditions while creating these amazing colorful focal points throughout the venue. People love interacting with them and they photograph beautifully, which helps promote the event on social media. Plus setup and takedown is so much easier than heavy traditional art installations
