Deerfield River,, Fife section, Sunday June 8th.

The Fife Section of the Deerfield in Charlemont, MA is an approx. 2.5 hour run on class 2 rapids with the optional class 3 "Gap" at the end, for those feeling the urge. We will meet at the take-out at 11 at the picnic area on Zoar Road off Rt 2. Bring a lunch/snack and water.

As of now, they are calling for possible thunder showers later in the afternoon. Sunday looks to be a better day. I'll post later in the week to advise.

Good catch - it was Sat the 8th - Sunday is the 9th. No change - my mistake. Could you do Sunday? Ben may only be able to go Sunday.

I'd like to go, but I can only do Saturday. looks like the better day now anyway.

Ok, we'll stick with Saturday. I think it'll be a better release as it's a Fest day and no thunder as of now. Change in plans - Meet at 10am at the put in. We'll set up shuttle from there.
