Not the level for a whitewater run, but perfect for a poling trip. The rapids (Whipple, Glendale and Atlas Pallet) were boney, but just barely runnable. The rest of the river was low, but great for poling. I was expecting to find a few blowdowns above Whipple Drop, but those were gone. They were replaced by a bunch of blowdowns below Whipple Drop.
