As a 'nod' to all the years that RICKA ran the RI Whitewater Championships, we are planning to run the Branch River on the traditional 3rd Saturday in March. This is a 7- mile trip with a couple of short class II rapids depending on water level. We’ll meet at the put-in below the Harrisville Dam (access is now at 4 Central Street, Harrisville) azt 10:00. Cold weather gear (wetsuit or drysuit) is required. You must have class II skills and be properly prepared for the conditions.
