I drove up to VT to run the Ottauquechee River with the NHAMC.

The Ottauquechee is probably best known for the Quechee Gorge – a deep canyon that can be seen as you drive over the bridge on Route 4. People run the gorge, but we were heading a little further upstream to run the quick water section from West Bridgewater and Woodstock. We had 13 boats – all canoes.
