We will be doing a joint trip with the RICKA Flatwater group this Saturday on the Deerfield River. We will put in at the Zoar Picnic area and take out across from the Charlemont Academy - about 7 miles. Not a lot of playing - just a straight run. There's a fair amount of flatwater below the Shunpike Rest Area, so WW boats aren't required - bring something you'll feel comfortable paddling in for 7 miles.
