I think with dreams we have no concept of time - studies will say that dreams typically last 90 minutes, but I have to say, most often the dreams I recall are if I wake up in the middle of one... everything seems so realistic and yet the details so foggy... When first started having dreams, it was odd because little details like if I had a conversation with someone, seemed so real that I would go a couple hours into the day thinking they were actual memories until realized "oh, wait a second, that didn't actually happen..." Everything is possible in my dreams lately though... I went to bed the other night somewhat ill and having problems with my leg & arm (they dont always like to move so well) though I didnt know what that days specific cause was. When I woke up, I remembered having a dream that I had done cocaine and that's why my limbs were uncooperative, and yet in my dream filled state I was like "oh, well I'll mark that on the list of things I shouldn't do" like it was no big deal. When I woke up, I realized that not only had I never done cocaine (nor would I), I would never be that hum-drum about it! LOL!!!
Luckily, the medicine used for sleeping, also stops my sleepwalking, which apparently I had a pension for - so it works 2 ways!!
Now if only I weren't writing this at 3 AM, and could actually get into dreaming...
