Re: For Paul: Any thoughts on the writer's strike?
Hey, Kate. Rumor or rumour has it, the writers have caved. Its now a matter of saving face and finding some concessions to save face and make it look like it wasn't a total waste of time for everybody. I fully supported the W.G.A. strike. Only wish the outcome would have been more productive. That being said I think the networks saved a lot of money and will start making decisions soon on the pick up orders for their programming needs. The S.A.G. situation is a bit more complicated as their is a lot of infighting and bickering not only within the guild but within the merged unions ie. actra and the guild. Should prove interesting. Thats me being political. x o
