The system is broken and nothing seems to be changing. It seems as though zero thought or effort is put into classifying players and adjusting to what should be done.

Examples-

Havoc has won both states this year. Congratulations to them. They also won last years regional. They were able to keep 11 guys from that team and add two more that have experience playing in the d division

The runner up of both states was Ben's pretzels- ironically they also got runner up at that regional.

Not only is the d program dead but not you are trying to kill the e program by allowing the same teams to stay down and beat up on teams that should be in this division
