Uhhh - thanks for your response and your question. The coach of HMOB started the season playing in the NSA Spring World and at the time he thought he would not use that roster beyond the Spring World, thus the team name "HMOB Spring". He has already sanctioned a team "HMOB" for the remainder of the year. The coach enter the new HMOB into the CCAC event but did not have time to complete that roster, so he ask to use the HMOB Spring roster and since that roster is a "D" roster he was allowed to do that.
