LINCOLN PARK – COLUMBUS, INDIANA
OCTOBER 8-10
MEN & WOMEN
During the 2020 35 & Over World Series, I spoke with many coaches and players about the NSA 35+ program, and was given several positive ideas that we have put into place. All but 2 players requested that we consider using the 3 game bracket vs the double elimination bracket. With adding more games to the brackets, we will most likely play Saturday and Sunday and I will do my best to not play on Friday (cannot guarantee) so ALL teams must be prepared to play Friday.
I will seed the event based on “First to Pay – Last to Play”. In short, the teams that pay their entry fees in advance will be given later game times. I will take only the first four (4) in each class for this seeding program. All other teams will be randomly placed in the bracket.
ALL players are required to have a NSA Player number and points assigned. Players without points will NOT be added to the roster.
For 2021 there will be three (3) men’ classes – Rec, Lower, and Upper. Below are the guidelines for each class. Also, please keep in mind that anyone playing in the 35 & Over must turn 35 years of age by 12/31/2021 to be eligible – there are no exceptions.
In 2020 we had five (5) women teams play, and these teams provided a great addition to the event. We are expecting the number of women teams for 2021 to double if not triple. If you have a women team and are interested in entering, please contact Zina Birnell (574) 721-0304 or zbirnell@playnsa.com .
The winning team in each division will receive rings and a paid berth to the 2022 NSA 35&Over Winter World Series.
