Easy way to explain....silver division
Top 5 teams got a bye.
Then with 21 teams you go,
6 vs 21, 7 vs 20, 8 vs 19 and so on.
You then place them in the order as if all seeds hold true in round of 8...1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6 and so on
Round of 4 if seeds hold true 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3
