"Fresh Hare" is a Warner Brothers Merrie Melodies cartoon. It was released to theatres on August 22, 1942. The cartoon features an earlier, more portly Elmer Fudd and Bugs Bunny.
This cartoon is never shown in its original setting because of the ending where Bugs Bunny sings "Dixie" and they are in blackface. The last scene of the short was edited on multiple channels in multiple ways.
