Nikky had a good day in a nursing home
she was very affectionate, retirees have much contact with her love and hope to see her more often.

This is great! I am going to school to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant and I want to work in rehab someday. After doing observations at some skilled nursing facilities, I think they'd really benefit from a therapy dog. I am a firm believer that therapy animals have a huge impact on those they visit.
I'd love to someday have one of my dogs work as a therapy dog! Great work, and Nikky looks great!

I have been going to an Assisted Care facility with my little dog. The alzheimer ward is tough on me but the dog does a good job getting the patients' attention and bringing emotions up. I do a demonstration of tricks with Bess to get their attention and then visit with those who want it. I get them to feed the dog which sure brings emotion to their faces. A few weeks ago the nurse told me two of the men had not talked all week and they had just talked to Bess. That was the best. My mentor visits a school class of non-responsive autistic children. One of them spoke his first words to her lab.

zootherapy provides good contact between animals and people aged and disabled
it allowed me to test the behavior of nikky, it will return regularly because my wife often works in a retirement home.
I had a crush on nikky from the beginning, I like it from A to Z

These pictures touch my heart Yohann. It means a lot to people to have a dog show them affection and the fact that Nikky is so well behaved shows how wonderful and sweet her temperment is. Thanks for sharing these.
